For over two decades we have done one thing well: turn students into skilled technicians that industry wants to hire.
ITI College was founded in 2001 with a simple observation: factories around us needed skilled hands, and young people around us needed careers. We set up our first two workshops β Electrician and Fitter β with equipment donated by local manufacturing units, and enrolled 60 trainees.
Today the institute runs 12 NCVT/SCVT-affiliated trades with modern workshops, computer labs and a placement cell that connects every passing batch to employers and apprenticeships. More than 5,000 alumni work in manufacturing, construction, automotive and IT-enabled services across India and abroad.
Our approach has never changed: maximum time on the machines, minimum time on the bench.
To deliver hands-on, industry-aligned trade training that makes every trainee employable on the day they receive their National Trade Certificate.
To be the region's most trusted source of skilled technicians β the institute employers call first when they need people who can do the job.
Safety first. Skill over shortcuts. Discipline on the shop floor. Dignity of labour. Equal opportunity for every trainee, from every background.
Our trade instructors hold NTC/NAC/Diploma qualifications with Craft Instructor Training (CITS), and most bring 10+ years of industry experience.
"Every decision we take is tested against one question: does this make our trainees more employable?"
"CITS-qualified instructors run every workshop with industry discipline β attendance, safety gear, job cards and quality checks."
"We maintain active relationships with employers and register every eligible trainee on the national apprenticeship portal."
